Presto deep fryer can be divided into two parts, where you can deep fry two different dishes with an evenly distributed heat. It has a unique oval shape where you can practically deep fry large fish and other large meat portions.

Okay I know it sounds stupid but I hav ejust bought my first ever deep fryer and I have never ever used one before
1)do i defrost frozen chicken wings first?
2) do i fry them straight away battered up?

You need to defrost first! so you will have to wait
or the outside will burn before the inside is cooked completely
Put the wings in a pot of water let them sit a bit to defrost
The drain off water ,Pat dry, then you can season/batter and fry
Make sure you let the temperature in the fryer to heat up and don't over fill/load the basket
you want them to cook all the way through and evenly
Be patient I know you are hungry , but you don't want to be eating undercooked burnt chicken wings
