How to convert a free-standing dishwasher to hook up to the tap?
I used to have a portable, full size, dishwasher when I lived in the States (rolled around on castors, hooked up to the kitchen sink,electric plug and hoses retracted back into the unit when needed)... but cannot find such a thing for sale in the UK. I received one reply that advised asking in Dixons if such a thing exists.. in the meantime, any suggestions on how to convert a full size, free standing dishwasher to hook up to the tap? A countertop dishwasher is too small and to be honest, I can't understand the purpose as you can only really wash crockery and cutlery in one, they are too small to wash more than one pot at a time.
Have you tried using Google to find a suitable machine?
