Can anyone recommend a toaster oven for rotisserie chicken?
I want to get a toaster oven that's big enough and has the little rotating things for a (whole) rotisserie chicken...I'm looking at the West Bend 74706 and it looks good but it has a timer that only goes up to 1 hour...is this enough for a big(ger)-sized chicken (say up to four pounds)? Is there any other brands/models that people would recommend? Tia!

Try to get a George Foreman Junior rotisserie. Really great, easy to use and easy to clean. Will cook 2 or 3 medium sized chickens at one go. Also has a grill basket and a seafood basket. Wiil cook a whole leg of lamb or shoulder of pork.
