what is the name of the tool that holds the red tape that closes and holds bags shut?
If you buy a bag of loose items that are sold in bulk sometimes it will be sealed with red tape. It looks like it has been put on with some sort of tool. I need to know what this is called and where do you buy it?
are you talking about some sort of hand held tape dispenser? they are also called a tape gun. what i am referring to would be used to hold that fiberglass tape or the 2" wide shipping tape. you can find what i am talking about at your local hardware store. otherwise i would check the yellow pages for packing and shipping supplies. good luck, hope this helps.
